Human Resources Assistant/Administrative Secretary
SHIFT & HOURS:
Full-Time; M-F, 8am-4:30pm
Performs clerical duties for the Human Resources Department including maintaining personnel files, auditing insurance billing, compiling reports, responding to employee benefit questions, and updating employee database.
Performs and provides secretarial, clerical and administrative support services to the CEO and Administrative Directors, preparing reports and correspondence in final form, receiving visitors, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and conducting special projects as assigned.
High School diploma or equivalent. Completion of a secretarial program or 1 year experience as a support secretary preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel in particular is required. Attention to detail and confidentiality a must. HR experience a plus.
Must pass drug screen and physical therapy evaluation at the time of hire. In alignment with CDC recommendations to prevent seasonal influenza, BMC mandates employees to receive annual influenza vaccination at no cost to the employee, unless you have a documented contraindication.
