Maintenance Assistant (Full-Time)
SHIFT/HOURS:
1.0 FTE; 2:30pm-11pm, M-F; rotating call
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for grounds care and snow removal, patching and painting, floor care, preventive maintenance of various equipment, along with HVAC, plumbing and electrical duties, security checks, repair of equipment. Will need to read blue prints and schematics. Occasionally makes runs to area hospitals and the St. Paul area. Subject to on-call (every 6 weeks), runs for various departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Light electrical knowledge, light plumbing knowledge, team player, gets along well with workers from various departments. High School Diploma or GED. Previous maintenance experience preferred. Must be able to lift 50# and pass a job-specific PT screen. Must possess a valid, unencumbered Wisconsin driver’s license.
