Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Part-Time)

SHIFT & HOURS:
Part-Time; Monday, Tuesday, Friday with rotating Saturdays

DUTIES:
Provide advanced practice clinic services that include health assessment, health maintenance, health promotion, knowledge and decision-making skills in evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions for individuals ranging in age from newborn to elderly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must have a current Wisconsin Advance Practice Nurse Prescriber or Physician's Assistant license in good standing.  ACLS and BLS certification required.  Minimum one year's experience preferred.  Must possess strong interpersonal skills.  Urgent Care/ER experience is a plus.  This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate interested in providing a full spectrum of patient care.
