PATIENT REGISTRATION REPRESENTATIVE (Casual)

SHIFT/HOURS:
Casual, varied shifts.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet, register and schedule patients, verify insurance, answer/redirect phone calls.  Collect co-pays and up-front payments.  Assist with other registration responsibilities as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.  Clerical experience and/or previous registration experience is preferred.  Strong work ethic, attention to detail, compassionate personality, ability to multi-task, self-starter, and a team player.  Medical field background a plus, but not necessary.

Must pass drug screen and physical therapy evaluation at the time of hire. In alignment with CDC recommendations to prevent seasonal influenza, BMC mandates employees to receive annual influenza vaccination at no cost to the employee, unless you have a documented contraindication.
