PATIENT REGISTRATION SUPERVISOR

SHIFT/HOURS:
1.0 FTE; Day shift primarily, possible fill-in evenings and weekends at times

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with all Registration staff, Scheduler and Switchboard operator on a regular basis in a professional and courteous manner to provide effective workflow and consistent processes to provide accurate information for patient care within the organization.  Develop and maintain policies and procedures for above staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years supervisory/managerial experience in healthcare preferred.  Policy and procedure experience, tactful, attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, excellent written and verbal skills, customer service and computer proficiency.
